The CFOs we work with are strategic business leaders and trusted advisers to CEOs and Boards. They combine strong financial stewardship with commercial judgement, organisational awareness and the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Their remit may extend across financial performance, governance, forecasting, treasury, cashflow, capital planning, investment, procurement, risk, systems transformation and enterprise-wide business partnering.
We are particularly interested in connecting with executives who have led through significant change. You may have strengthened financial governance and reporting, improved working capital and cashflow, restored organisational performance, delivered a financial or operational turnaround, implemented contemporary finance systems, supported major capital programs or advised on investment, growth and acquisition opportunities.
You will bring the credibility and maturity to operate confidently at Board and Executive level, challenge constructively and provide clear, commercially grounded advice. Equally important will be your ability to lead through others, build capable finance teams and embed greater accountability, transparency and performance across an organisation.
Candidates are likely to bring executive financial leadership experience from a large, multi-entity, regulated or service-based environment. Experience across sectors such as health, aged care, community services, government, infrastructure, property, professional services, distribution, technology or other complex operating environments will be highly regarded.
